The role of radio in modern dentistry

Radio is used in so many ways in dentistry, besides the obvious of advertising and educating about dental services, like Endodontic cosmeticdentistryguide.co.uk/articles/root-canal.html therapy, or dental businesses for sale.

Nottingham dentists also use certain equipment with radio capability and that have also advanced from radio technologies, such as CEREC or “Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics” which uses CAD/CAM and 3D imaging to design, fabricate, and place artificial teeth through dental restoration. CEREC consists of a milling and acquisition unit which communicate via cable or  radio. The benefit of the radio communication is that the unit can be used in different locations within a practice, and is more time efficient, and quieter.

In dentistry, X-rays or Radiographs  are also regularly used as a diagnostic tool to evaluate tooth structure and gum contours for treatments like fillings, crowns, and implants. Radio technologies contribute to more effective patient care and dental practices.
